Statement

This is my eighth year at Granite Bay Montessori and I am teaching first through third level children in elementary. I have been a Montessori teacher for 24 years and before that I taught the 4th grade for four years in a public school. Prior to Granite Bay Montessori, I taught second/third grade at Auburn Discovery Montessori for 14 years. During three years at American Montessori Academy, I taught in Children’s House and elementary. I taught kindergarten/first grade and first-third at Auburn Discovery during my beginning years of Montessori teaching.

Interests

I enjoy doing Tai Chi for relaxation and exercise. I like taking walks, not only for exercise, but also for being in nature.
